Delivery times depend on the carrier and the customer’s location.

Orders can be placed Monday through Saturday via our website.

  • Shipping: All orders will be processed and shipped on the following Monday, without exception.
  • Pickup: Orders selected for pickup will be available on Fridays.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these processing, shipping, and pickup timelines.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.


📬 SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Once the package is handed over to USPS, Dulce Capullo is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.


📍 SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.


📦 UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

All orders must be paid in full to be processed.
We do not offer payment holds or reservations.
